Fee Arrangement

At the outset of every case, we will provide you with a complimentary fee estimate. We work on either a flat-fee or hourly basis. Often, we can provide an hourly rate which is lower than you would charge your client for the same work. We require a retainer of 50% of the project cost, with the remaining fifty percent due upon completion. We accept attorney’s checks and credit cards via a paypal account.
